These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Taylor'd Works LLC, doing business as MojoDreams (“MojoDreams,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. AI Disclaimer & Nature of Service

MojoDreams provides AI-generated dream interpretations.

  • These interpretations are subjective, non-definitive, and may not apply to all individuals
  • Outputs are generated entirely by an AI system based on user input
  • Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate

By using paid features, you acknowledge that AI-generated interpretations are subjective and for entertainment purposes only.

You agree:

  • Not to rely on the Services for important decisions
  • That the Services are not a substitute for professional advice, including:
  • Medical
  • Psychological
  • Legal
  • Financial

1A. No Mental Health or Therapeutic Reliance

MojoDreams does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health services.

The Services, including all AI-generated dream interpretations, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition. Nothing provided through the Services should be considered therapy, counseling, or professional mental health advice.

You agree that:

  • You will not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional mental health care
  • You will seek guidance from a qualified licensed professional for any mental health concerns
  • You will not use the Services in situations involving crisis, distress, or emergency conditions

If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or thoughts of self-harm, you should immediately contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor'd Works LLC (DBA MojoDreams) disclaims any liability for decisions made based on interpretations or content provided through the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK)
  • Provide accurate registration information

If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with all laws
  • Be responsible for all content you submit

We may impose limits on:

  • Storage
  • Usage
  • Access

We are not responsible for deleted or lost data.

4. Conditions of Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate others
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Attempt to bypass system protections

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Plans

MojoDreams offers paid products and subscription plans, including but not limited to:

  • Dreamer Plan - provides dream analysis features
  • Visionary Plan - includes additional features such as enhanced analysis and/or dream visualizations

Billing & Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Lemon Squeezy
  • By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well
  • You authorize MojoDreams to charge your selected payment method

Subscription Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or payment provider
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
  • Refunds are not provided for:
  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs
  • Misinterpretation of results
  • Lack of expected outcomes

Chargebacks & Abuse

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:
  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent account termination

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Plan Limits

  • Plans may include usage limits (e.g., number of dream analyses)
  • Unused usage does not roll over unless explicitly stated

Plan Changes

  • We may modify pricing, features, or limits at any time
  • Changes will apply to future billing cycles

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant MojoDreams a:

  • Worldwide
  • Non-exclusive
  • Royalty-free
  • Perpetual license

to use your content to:

  • Operate the Services
  • Improve AI systems
  • Develop new features

We may remove content at our discretion.

7. AI Content Risks

You acknowledge:

  • AI content may be inaccurate, offensive, or misleading
  • You assume all risks associated with using such content
  • MojoDreams is not responsible for any decisions made based on outputs

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Services (excluding your content) belong to Taylor'd Works LLC / MojoDreams.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell
  • Reverse engineer
  • Exploit the platform

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platforms (including Lemon Squeezy)
  • External content or services

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Taylor'd Works LLC / MojoDreams from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MojoDreams is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business
  • Decisions made based on AI output

Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

13. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue Services
  • Interrupt access for maintenance
  • Change features at any time

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use = acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

17. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved in California courts
  • You waive the right to jury trials
  • You agree to resolve disputes individually (no class actions)

18. General Provisions

  • Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver
  • If one provision is invalid, others remain in effect
  • You may not assign your rights without permission
